以前より万年塀が周囲に廻らされているこの工場では、今回経年劣化が著しい部分のみ、新品との交換工事を行いました。
内部地盤と外部地盤に高低差があるため、土に接する板には幅木（鉄筋の配筋量が通常の板の２倍あり、厚さも３割厚い製品）を用いたことで、土止めとしての役割も果たしています。
板のみ新品との交換部分は、１スパンの途中の板１枚でも、上下の板を一旦取り外すことなく容易に交換する方法があります。
